Unfortunately returns are not accepted as this is a specialized product that takes time. There are exceptions for a return, please read below.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If your order item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
